Take I-5 South to I-80 West. Exit West El Camino Avenue, turn left on West El Camino, turn right at Gateway Oaks, turn left at Venture Oaks Drive. Turn left into hotel entrance

Nice hotel - friendly reception staff and comfortable, quiet room. Easy to get to and to get back on teh freeway, head to downtown, or to the airport

Shuttle was advertised as running until 11 pm but the front desk and driver told us it stopped at 10 pm. Our returning flight arrived at 10 pm. We had to call hotel several times to be sure that there was a shuttle available after 10 pm on the day we returned.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, they wanted to give us a queen bed and sofa bed. However, they did change it. Since there were 3 of us I was disappointed there were only supplies for 2 people in the room. It worked out so it was okay. We did reserve for THREE not TWO. Hotel was clean, nice, had a pool, etc. The restaurant was okay, food was tasty with a handful of choices. Free coffee in the am was nice.

The reason for 3 stars is due to the fact that the hotel staff placed us within a few feet of the elevator as well as the main entrance into the hallway which were both very noisy areas, when I specifically asked for a quiet area "away from elevators, ice machines and other noisy areas" when booked my reservation.

When we arrived, we asked for a shuttle service for the following morning. I had called ahead and found out the shuttle times... everything was going to work out for our flight times... But once we arrived and asked for shuttle service for the following morning, we were told that they only had eight spots available for the shuttle service and that all were full so we would have to call a taxi cab. I told them that I had called ahead and they had not mentioned only having a certain number of spots. The lady was not helpful or kind at all. Basically she said call a cab or miss our flight. I asked her if the hotel would pick up our cab fare since we felt they had false advertising in their park sleep fly. She was very rude and rolled her eyes at me and said no. We asked her to go ahead and call us a cab because we did not know what else to do... However, when we went downstairs the next morning, we were told that the manager had decided to pay for a cab. We appreciated that, however we would have appreciated the girl at the front desk just being polite with us and saying she would talk with her manager rather than answering us so rudely. When we arrived on the airline back from our vacation, once again we had called ahead and they had said that as long as we arrived before 11:00 PM there should be no problem. However, when we called and said we were ready for a shuttle at 10:20 PM, we were told the shuttle was not running anymore that night. We had to go through a waiting time while the lady said she would see if maybe he might come pick us up anyway.... and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our van to come. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, but we would never stay here ever again. And of course we could never recommend it.
